Landever Landscape is a landscape design and build
firm with a narrowed down focus to the delivery of world class
landscapes to a wide range of prospective clientele through the
use of thorough design intents and processes.
Our firm is made
up of a quadric-sect of Landscape Architects, Urban Planners, Landscape
Technicians and Horticulturists with years of experience in the field.
Our span of clientele stems from the Private and Public sector
groups with developments for Facilities such as Private Residences, Schools,
Hotels, Offices, Hospitals, Public and Neighbourhood Parks, Urban beautification
and renewal Projects and the likes.
Our Approach
We believe in creating designs to suit the individual
needs of our Clients as well as the perculiarity of every site, thus offering solutions
to problems and needs significant to every site.
Our approach to design is also
to create landscapes with the Architectural style of individual buildings, especially for
Residential Projects, making us work hand in hand with Project Architects and Personnel as
an integrated team, to give the building a backdrop and environment that totally describes the
general intent of the Project in line with the Client's desires.
We believe in the fundamentals of thorough site inventory analysis, preliminary conceptual
design and solutions, detailed construction documents and implementation.
